Welcome to The Nile
WHO WE ARE:
We are a Christ centered non-profit residential home for women battling substance abuse, including pregnant women, seeking healing from addiction. What sets us apart from the other treatment centers? A lot of little things... but when you add them all up it is a feeling. A feeling of belonging, of safety, and of warmth. A place you can call home.
WHY CHOOSE US?
What sets us apart from the other addiction treatment centers are a lot of little things... but when you add them all up it is just a feeling: The women that choose to stay with us would say that, "The Nile just feels like home." We are not a commercial shelter that will only house women on a day-to-day basis, we are a loving, caring community that readily welcomes women into our safe haven.
Welcome HOME.
All our residents are given a safe place to reside away from potential domestic abuse, poverty, emotionally charged relationships, malnutrition, and other factors that are detrimental. Women seeking rest at the Nile are supported in a journey of new growth: personally, spiritually, and professionally. -While we do provide for the most basic needs of our women we also offer: medical support, mental health counseling, parental training (if applicable) and other core life-skills training.
COME VISIT TODAY!
Located in the serene hills of Woodford County (in Versailles, Kentucky just across from the castle on US-60) we have been in operation since 2003 as The Nile Maternity Home dedicated to caring for both mothers and their babies. While we have remained faithful to that calling and continued to grow in our love and faith, In early 2016, we opened our doors to all adult women (pregnant or otherwise) seeking a place of Addiction Recovery and Treatment. Nile Ministries is excited to introduce: Nile-Addiction Recovery Treatment (ART)

Our PrayerMay the same waters that sheltered the baby Moses, gently guide others to a place of rest among the reeds!
|
Our TeachingThere is a wellspring of forgiveness that flows from the cross; what Jesus did there was an act of The greatest love.
